  David is Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Center for Context. He is an expert on organizational behavior and has helped Fortune 500 companies successfully execute culture change, alliance and integration, organizational restructuring and major process improvement initiatives. With deep expertise and a wide breadth of experience in transforming organizations and individuals to higher levels of effectiveness, David has designed and facilitated major change initiatives leading client organizations to achieve world-class customer service levels, dramatic increases in productivity, and unprecedented levels of energy and alignment. David is also an executive and leadership coach for senior executives and high potential middle managers in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries.

David is an Adjunct Professor of Strategic Planning in Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Masters of Organizational Behavior (MAOB) program. With proven skills in cognitive, social and behavioral psychology, he has counseled individuals, families and groups at The Carrier Foundation, a leading behavioral healthcare hospital. David has also helped many communities, non-profit and business/government partnership organizations develop strategic plans, successfully execute mergers and transform their culture. David is a frequent speaker at major national and international conferences on the subjects of organizational change and organizational design.

Prior to founding the Center for Context, David was a Vice President at the Pacesetter Group where he developed and launched a highly successful Organizational Transformation practice. Before joining Pacesetter, David was with Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) where, among other things, he led major Business Process Re-Engineering programs, managed the Network and Systems Management organization and was responsible for the Strategic Business Plan and Strategic Technical Plan of a multi-billion dollar Line of Business.

David has his BA in Psychology and an MSW (with a concentration on organizational development) from The University of Pennsylvania.
