Faced with the challenge of creating a new vision for this not for profit organization and the loss of many large corporations in the area, we worked with this organization to create a compelling vision of the new organization. We worked with a team of agency, staff and government officials to create new processes and organizational structures to support the new vision. We then created a communication plan and invited the larger community to “make the vision” even better through their participation and feedback. The result was an energetic, transformed, organization with compelling vision and support from the community.
