Karen is Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Center for Context; a research based consulting firm located in NJ and helping companies implement change management processes in organization design, alliance management capability building, process improvement and executive team building. Karen has extensive experience in the US and Europe and has worked with every functional area to implement change. She is also an excellent coach to individual Sr. executives and managers due to her years in Leadership Development and Succession planning functions and special work she has done towards certification in this area.

She is an Adjunct Professor of Culture and Organization Change at Fairleigh Dickinson Universitys Master of Organization Behavior (MAOB) program and has developed and taught Sr. Leadership programs over the years. She has extensive experience in high performance team development, strategy development and organization design. Karen is a frequent speaker at national conferences on the topics of organization design and transition management within organizations.
Prior to founding the Center for Context, Karen was a Vice President of Strategic Processes for Warner Lambert Company, were she developed and launched successful change efforts as an Internal Consultant and working with Sr. Leadership to develop organizational capability in alliance management, process improvement and development, strategy development, design and development of the Sales and Customer Service organizations, and transition management related to these large-scale change initiatives.
Most recently, Karen worked for the Pacesetter Group as a Sr. Consultant in the Organization Transformation practice. Her past work experiences have included both HR generalist and specialist assignments, both domestic and global, working for Pepsi, Frito Lay, Texas Instruments and Marion Labs.
Karen has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Texas Womans Univ. and a Masters in Organization Development,
